What Can I Expect?

You can expect to find a smiling face as soon as you enter our center. Because no matter what your situation or circumstances, we believe you belong and are worthy of exceptional care and unconditional support.

Here you will find a caring, qualified medical staff who will not rush you and will listen to your concerns and answer your questions. We are here for you.

Are Services Free?

All services are completely expense-free to you; there are no co-pays and no cost.

Do I Need Insurance?

No Insurance is needed or required. You do not need to show proof of insurance to gain services.

Are Appointments Confidential?

Yes, all appointments, services, and results are completely confidential. We take protecting your privacy very seriously and do not exchange or provide your private information to anyone.

Will I Be Provided With Education On All My Options?

You will be given education on all your available options, resources, and choices. We do not believe in withholding information from you, and we believe you should decide what is best for you and your health. We will provide medically backed information for you to make an informed decision.

What If I’m Scared?

It’s okay to be fearful or nervous. There are no wrong emotions to experience, and we will be with you every step of the way. We can discuss anything you may be feeling and help you to find the peace you need.

Can I Bring Someone With Me?

We encourage all clients to bring a support person with them. We want you to feel cared for and comfortable, so if you have someone whom you want to accompany you please feel welcome to have them join you.

If you do not have someone you wish to bring, please know this is okay too! You will find all the support and care you need here at the EPIC Center. You are not alone.

The center has helped me be a better parent. I learned a lot of stuff by coming here, things I wouldn’t have thought of really—I mean, I had no idea… and I got to come talk about babies and get out of the house. I got to be around other moms going through the same things [as me]. All the babies are here! Last week was crazy. I love going where all the babies are.

I wanted to say thank you for always trying to work with me so that I can get my classes completed. This parenting series is helping me more than you could realize. My relationship with my children has improved immensely, and I thank you for being an awesome instructor.

You all really helped me through a lot! My husband and I have been clients for about one and a half years, and as a first-time mom, I don't know what to do... the classes help me work through motherhood.
